Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Autonomo AI service (“Service”), operated by AgentAI Corp (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You must notify us immediately at hola@agentaicorp.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Description

Autonomo AI provides AI-powered customer support and sales automation for Shopify merchants. The Service includes:

• AI Support Agent — automated customer support via a chat widget embedded on your Shopify store
• AI Sales Agent — automated product recommendations, abandoned cart recovery, and upsell conversations
• Merchant Dashboard — analytics, conversation management, and AI configuration tools

The Service relies on third-party AI models and infrastructure. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

4. Payment Terms

The Service is offered under the following pricing tiers:

• All plans include a 14-day free trial.
• Billing is processed monthly through Shopify's Billing API. We do not store your payment card details.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data and your customers' data. By using the Service, you agree to the data practices described in that policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or misleading content to your customers
• Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is owned by AgentAI Corp and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content and data.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentAI Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us at hola@agentaicorp.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Sections on Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentAI Corp is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
